■Details: ・Some users are experiencing an issue where the status of their MiTel Phone is “loading”.
■Causes: ・The cache server's resources are exhausted due to an increase in load due to a sudden increase in the number of connections, and the error rate is higher than usual. ・The number of connections further increases due to the retry mechanism inside the application. ・As a result, resources could not be increased and it took time to resolve the issue.
