いつも MiiTel をご利用いただきありがとうございます。

2023 年 3月 23日 21:25 頃～ 2023 年 3 月 24日 14:15 頃一部のお客様で、一部の通話が MiiTel Phone で着信できない状態が発生しておりました。
現在は解消し、通常通りご利用いただけます。
ご迷惑をおかけし誠に申し訳ございませんでした。

■ 発生日時:
2023 年 3月 23日 21:25 頃～ 2023 年 3 月 24日 14:15 頃

■ サービス名:
・MiiTel Phone
・MiiTel Phone Mobile

■症状:
・一部のお客様で、一部の通話が着信できない場合があった

■原因:
・一部のお客様環境を新システムへ移行実施した際、電話回線と旧システムの接続を解除する手順に不備があった

■補足:
・本事象発生時の応対履歴 (不在着信など) は MiiTel Analytics > 応対履歴一覧より確認することが可能です。

This issue has been resolved, and normal service has been resumed.

■Details:
・Some users were experiencing difficulties in receiving phone calls by MiiTel Phone.

■Causes:
・When migrating some customer environments to the new system, there was a flaw in the procedure for disconnecting the telephone line and the old system.

■ Note:
・All call history during this incident can be confirmed from MiiTel Analytics> Call History List.
