2023 年 3月 29日 16:20 頃～ 2023 年 3月 29日 16:50 頃一部のお客様で MiiTel Phone での発着信に通常より時間がかかる状態が発生しておりました。
現在は解消し、通常通りご利用いただけます。

ご迷惑をおかけし誠に申し訳ございませんでした。

■ 発生日時:
2023 年 3月 29日 16:20 頃～ 2023 年 3月 29日 16:50 頃

■ サービス名:
・MiiTel Phone
・MiiTel Phone Mobile

■症状:
・一部のお客様で MiiTel Phone での発着信に通常より時間がかかる

■原因:
・突発的なアクセス増加により、サーバー負荷が上がり、サーバーが不安定な状態となったため

・件名: 「Status 20230329」

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

■Causes:
Our system became unstable due to a sudden increase in the number of accesses to our system.
