一部のお客様で MiiTel Phone での発着信ができない事象が発生しました。
現在、通常通りご利用いただけることを確認し、モニタリングを終了しました。
この度はご迷惑をおかけし、誠に申し訳ございませんでした。

■ 発生日時:
・2024 年 2 月 20 日 9:36 頃～ 2024 年 2 月 20 日 9:45 頃

■ サービス名:
・MiiTel Phone
・MiiTel Phone Mobile

■症状:
・一部のお客様で MiiTel Phone での発着信ができない事象が発生

■原因:
・弊社サービス運用環境のクラウドサービス側で発生した障害の影響

We now confirm that you can use the service as usual and have ended monitoring.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

During Feb 20 2024 (Tue) 9:36 - 9:45 PM JST

■ Affected services:

・MiiTel Phone Mobile

■Details:
・Difficulties in making and receiving phone calls by MiiTel Phone.

■Cause:
・Due to a failure that occurred on the cloud service side of our service operation environment.
